September 1 to June 30
$550/weekend
$900/week

July 1 & August 31:
$1,200/week
No weekends

All rentals require a refundable security deposit

 Call or e-mail for rates on holidays and monthly rentals

              Special rates may be available for longer stays and
                                               time of year depending on availability.                                          
            Prior to renting the house to you we will ask you  for
 references and a deposit.  
            Almost all renters are now non-smokers, therefore we ask you not to smoke at any time in the house but please feel free to enjoy your
 smoke on our lovely wrap-around deck.  
 Please be careful to avoid fires.
              We love all pets but request that you leave yours at home to
maintain our high standard of housekeeping excellence.
